Who We Are


Our story begins with the need to be guided by the “why.”

Over the course of 15 years working in brand management for billion-dollar multinational companies, I was responsible for the brand P&L, so I had to quickly learn how to spend strategically and drive top-line revenue. The key was ensuring that solid strategy meets strong creative and good ideas are properly executed.

A little later in my career, I began working at a boutique advertising agency and noticed something strange happening: Companies were willing to pay for expensive advertising creative that was totally lacking in strategic foundation, or a deeper understanding of how the creative would yield tangible results. This realization led me to see the need for a strategy-first agency, and the idea for Rubix Marketing was born.

In 2017, Rubix Marketing was founded to provide strategic planning and 360-degree marketing services to both B2C and B2B businesses across a variety of industries, including health and wellness, fashion, tech, manufacturing and non-profit.

Six months later, I hired my first account director, Natalie Solomon. Together, we grew Rubix Marketing from a spare bedroom to a head office on Rue de Courcelle in Montreal. In seven short years, our team has worked with more than 60 clients, helping them build winning strategies and realize their growth potential.
