Our story begins with the need to be guided by the “why.”
Over the course of 15 years working in brand management for billion-dollar multinational companies, I was responsible for the brand P&L, so I had to quickly learn how to spend strategically and drive top-line revenue. The key was ensuring that solid strategy meets strong creative and good ideas are properly executed.
A little later in my career, I began working at a boutique advertising agency and noticed something strange happening: Companies were willing to pay for expensive advertising creative that was totally lacking in strategic foundation, or a deeper understanding of how the creative would yield tangible results. This realization led me to see the need for a strategy-first agency, and the idea for Rubix Marketing was born.
In 2017, Rubix Marketing was founded to provide strategic planning and 360-degree marketing services to both B2C and B2B businesses across a variety of industries, including health and wellness, fashion, tech, manufacturing and non-profit.
Six months later, I hired my first account director, Natalie Solomon. Together, we grew Rubix Marketing from a spare bedroom to a head office on Rue de Courcelle in Montreal. In seven short years, our team has worked with more than 60 clients, helping them build winning strategies and realize their growth potential.

My career spans over 20 years, with extensive experience in brand management, communications, and both consumer and customer marketing across Canada and the US. I’ve worked for multi-million dollar global brands across a wide range of industries, setting the strategic framework for success, carving out the roadmaps for how to get there and championing the execution.

Analytics-obsessed and lover of all things brand, my expertise lies in marketing strategy. With knowledge and hands-on experience, I work with clients across the B2B and B2C sectors to craft actionable brand plans – driven by consumer insights – to ensure that strategies are executed with excellence. I lead the account management team and use my natural curiosity to dig deep and get a true understanding of our clients’ needs in order help craft the strategy that grows their businesses.

Having worked in-house and at the agency-level, I have an appreciation for both perspectives. - 2018
With a roster of 12 clients, Rubix Marketing hired its first employee and made a home at its current offices, in Montreal, QC.
- 2019
Rubix Marketing acquired new clients across both B2B and B2C verticals and solidified its offer as an expert strategy-first marketing agency.
- 2020
Rubix Marketing expanded its service offering into social media and created an in-house production team.
- 2021
With an aim to serve clients across North America, Rubix Marketing expanded into the US.

Rubix Marketing continues to grow, expanding its partner network to better service clients globally.
